If you get stuck with our howtos or the regular ticket support or just want to map your topics in JAMES quickly and without detours, you can book a 4 hour support package.

  • small support package for assistance with the start-up of our kiosk
  • Time budget 4 hours
  • Training and instruction in a remote session
  • Common configuration of the system step by step
  • and anything else you have on your mind that JAMES may be able to help you with

The small print:

  • The dates require a short coordination, so that we can clock this into our processes
  • The time budget is billed in 1/4 hour increments
  • You are also welcome to record the session for later internal documentation or as your own reminder.
