If you get stuck with our howtos or the regular ticket support or just want to map your topics in JAMES quickly and without detours, you can book an 8 hour support package.

- Training and instruction in a remote session
- Common configuration of the system step by step
- and anything else you have on your mind that JAMES might be able to help you with
The small print:
- The dates require a short coordination, so that we can clock this into our processes
- The time budget is billed in 1/4 hour increments
- You are also welcome to record the session for later internal documentation or as your own reminder
